What the course is about
Empower women to
recognise the difference between an abusive and healthy relationship. To
identify the impact domestic violence has on themselves and children. To
recognise the impact of their experiences, on their own attitudes , beliefs and
culture. To introduce women to other
agencies and services that provide support.
Previous experience, knowledge or qualifications
No previous experience required but you will asked to read and consent to our online learning guidance
Materials you need to bring
Paper and pen for notes, a device that can access the Internet
Assessments, tests, exams
Informal assessment of your learning by your tutor through handout exercise sheets.
At the end of the course
There will be a short questionnaire to complete to evaluate the course. You will have the opportunity to share with us your thoughts on what you enjoyed and any improvement we could make. Certificate of attendance will be awarded which can be downloaded.
