What the course is about

Increase your understanding of what CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) is and how it can help you, to help yourself and your friends family and individuals you work with. During this 5 session course you will have a greater understanding of the methods and concepts delivered in CBT that will challenge and change your behaviours to support a positive shift in your thinking.

Resources Paper Pen laptop or computer

Assessments, tests, exams

Individual Learning Plan to set ‘Goals for change’, Initial and End of course assessment, End of course evaluation survey

At the end of the course
